Brothers Services is committed to developing the skills and abilities of its team and actively encourages its employees to study for formal qualifications such as NVQ and ESOL training for foreign nationals. Motivation and consistency of individual performance are key to high standards of service.
Accordingly, all staff members are eligible for bonus and award schemes which recognise consistent high level performance. We want our staff to know that their dedication is rewarded when they exceed our and our customer’s expectations. All operators at Brothers Services have basic trainings such as First Aid, Fuel Efficiency Driving and Customer Service.
Some other training such as Diploma in Business & Administration and Team Leadership Management NVQ is offered to the managerial team.
