CSR

We're keenly aware of the responsibilities we have to our customers, our staff and to the wider communities within which we operate.

We're proud that our business remains in private ownership and is still run today by the two brothers that founded it, with family values still forming the foundation of our corporate culture. We are working on some certification with BSI (British Standards) for quality (ISO 9001:2000), environment (ISO 14001:2004) at the moment aiming to achieve them soon and we plan for 2011 for the Health and Safety (BS OHSAS 18001) across all parts of our business.

Community Work

We are planning to teamed up with a local charity help them to raise funds and promote healthier lifestyles, as well as to encourage community participation in activities and fundraising events such as half marathons, raffles and many other local events.

Development

We are applying for accreditation as an Investor in People organisation, and we do believe in education and training for us and our staff. As Brothers Services grow also grow our desire to invest in our closest asset, our team.

The only way to outstand in this competitive market is through knowledge and we are very keen on provide the appropriate training as well as to award them for their achievements.
